I'm here, hoping this will be an easy way to find what I'm looking for on the Internet. I "stumbled upon" this site when checking my site stats, and saw that someone posted one of my webpages here. So I was interested in how this works, and how I could link to sites I like, and would want others to visit.

I want to go on record to say how proud I am of Bishop Andrus to not only endorse the California Humane Farming initiate, but to add how happy I am to see this posted on the diocesan website. I gave this page a "thumbs up" because anything the Church can do to represent the interests of the most abused, most exploited, and most invisible victims in our world matters a lot to me.

This is an organization I know first hand, and clicked "I like it!" hoping others might check it out -- and maybe support their work. Fellow Mortals takes in injured and orphaned wildlife, with the intent of rehabilitating and releasing them back into the wild. They treat all animals with the same level of care, whether they are common back yard species or exotic. The animals they care for are treated as individuals whose lives matter.
